Reduce stress




The balance of my life that is an equalization between study and entertainment. Every day, after school I do something to reduce my stress such as listenning to music, going shopping or playing computer, etc. That is the best way to study well.

  5. Do you know why some people became workaholics? If you do not want to become a workaholic, you need to balance between work and life. Don't let your mind just think about work. I agree with Mr.Ripper that going to the gym is a best way to reduce stress. That why everyday, after school I go to swimming pool at NAIT gym to enjoy and relax.
